ITC has built a set of audio and video solutions based on information for the command center, which includes paperless system, sound system, digital discussion system, central control matrix system, remote video conference system,conference recording system.This set of audio and video solutions works in conjunction with the upper and lower levels to build a drive platform, and achieve true convergence of data into the command center platform.

Project Overview

The paperless conference system used by the command center adopts an ultra-thin display design. The terminal of the conference system is an all-in-one elevator with a thickness of only 8mm.It is equipped with a paperless intelligent conference application software, which can support common conference functions and integrate advanced conference functions.It fully meets the needs of participants.It can help the conference organizers greatly reduce the work pressure, facilitate the on-site management and control of conferences, improve the efficiency of the participants' meetings. At the same time, it can save a lot of data printing costs and projection equipment, which fully comply with the national low-carbon and environmental protection concept.

ITC video conferencing system provides standard data interface and API interface. It can be integrated and docking with the office system, monitoring platform, video broadcasting system, and other systems of the command center. It can dock with the subordinate streets of the district or other organs, launch a meeting, remote guidance for public affairs,maximize the application function of video conferencing and provide a perfect and systematic solution.

The centralized control system of the command center is equipped with central control host, IPAD tablet computer, power controller, volume regulator and so on, which as central centralized control system of the conference room. which can realize the environment of the conference room control, video camera and projector control, projection screen and lifting control, audio and video switching control, volume adjustment and so on.
