Background of the project

The Lhasa municipal government is the administrative organ of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Lhasa mayor of the Tibet Autonomous Region is located in the second office area of the government of Binyi Road. There are 64 townships (towns, offices) and 269 villages in Dulong County, Neimeng County, Qushui County, Linzhou County, Daban County, Mozhugongka County, Dangxiong County, and Chengguan District (districts). Committee (community neighborhood committee).

Customer needs & solutions

In order to respond to the national energy conservation and environmental protection call and improve the efficiency of government affairs, it is necessary to establish an environmental, intelligent, and efficient conference system to meet the needs of the Lhasa municipal government's daily council meeting, party committee meetings, and people’s congresses. Itc designed a set of audio and video system solutions integrating paperless conference systems and professional sound reinforcement systems to meet government needs.

System  Overview

Itc designed strictly in accordance with the meeting design requirements of the government office, combined with the architectural structure of the government office building and related design standards, and selected an integrated dual-screen paperless conference terminal. The system uses modern communication technology, audio technology, video technology, and software technology. It realizes paperless conferences through the electronic exchange of documents, realizes file transfer networking, electronic file display, intelligent file editing, and control of file input and output.

The paperless terminal adopts an integrated design and is composed of a capacitive LCD screen lifter, which facilitates later maintenance and upgrades. The system is equipped with a smart streaming media server, which is used to interconnect the paperless conference system with external video equipment to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of video signals.

The entire system solves the problems encountered in the traditional conferences for the conference center, realizes the integrated management, control and application of the conference before, during and after the conference, satisfies the conference center's conference logistics management, conference agenda, conference voting, group discussion, electronic table cards, etc. usage requirements to make the complex conference process easy and efficient. The confidentiality of the system is extremely high and there is no need to fear the leakage of the content of the conference. The information security assurance has been enhanced for meetings such as the Standing Committee of the Standing Committee, party committees and people's congresses.
