China National institute for SCO International Exchange and Judicial Cooperation was officially unveiled at Shanghai University Of Political Science and Law in May 20, 2014, and will be completed in 2017. It mainly serves business exchanges between judicial and law enforcement officials of the SCO member states, lawyers and anti terrorist stability circles. At the same time, it also as the base of international cooperation research. A large number of experts from Shanghai  and even the world's diplomatic experts are gather here.

It Striving to build a first evolved, informational and international training base. the goal is to build "The Belt and Road" for foreign intelligence. Therefore, it was specifically assigned ITC to design a set of professional sound system, remote video conference system, digital conference system, simultaneous interpretation system and so on in the multi-functional hall, 8 training rooms, 4 workshop rooms, and the VIP rooms.

Professional sound amplifying system

The design of ITC professional sound reinforcement system applied to the training base is according to the National Hall's sound reinforcement design standard. The sound pressure level of this field have reached the national standard. To ensure that the sound field of every corner of the training base is uniform, without distortion, bias, mixing and reverberation, It is mainly composed of sound source, audio processing equipment, power amplifier and loudspeaker system.

Digital conference system

The advanced ITC digital conference system provides training room, seminar room, VIP room for training base with Simplification and versatility of conference rooms. It provides a variety of mode management, and has three functions: meeting registration, voting and meeting process management. Have realized timely reporting, no mistake, flexible speech, controllable, quick and accurate voting etc effect.

HD video conference system

ITC's high-definition video conference communication system is a comprehensive multimedia communication platform. Provide training base with richer applications than traditional communication methods.Such as various remote video conferencing, command and scheduling, collaborative work, remote visit and other functions. It bring the industry's highest video quality, high fidelity audio, super clear slide, super adaptability for those person who use them in the training base. Meanwhile, it is easy to operate and very convenient.

Simultaneous interpretation system

Simultaneous transmission equipment is an indispensable system for simultaneous translation of international conferences. Through this device, the conference content can be translated into the target language without any delay, and then transmitted to the delegates through another channel. the experts and VIPs from different countries can freely choose different language channels to achieve communication without any obstacle. And ITC uses infrared signal transmission and infrared wireless simultaneous interpretation equipment. It has strong receiving signal and small interference,clear sound quality and strong confidentiality.
